Definitions

"Personal data", "special categories of data", "process / processing", "processor", "third party" have the same meaning as in the (EU) Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

"Personal data" is any information relating to a natural person that is identified or identifiable. An "identifiable natural person" is a natural person which can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more specific elements relating to this person's physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural, or social identity.

The "processing of personal data" means any operation or set of operations performed upon personal data or a set of data of personal character, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, extraction, consultation, use, communication via transmission, dissemination or other method of making available, alignment or combination, limitation, erasure or destruction;

A "personal data file" includes any structured and stable set of personal data that can be accessed according to certain criteria, whether that set is centralised, decentralised or functionally or geographically distributed;

"Recipients" refers to any person entitled to receive data transmissions, whether or not it is a third party other than the Customer, a subcontractor or public authorities as part of a particular investigative mission;

"Third parties" means any person under the direct authority of the controller or the subcontractor and which is authorised to process personal data;

"Usage data" refers to the data collected by the website www.digora.com concerning the use of the services of the site. It is raw, completely anonymous data, used to produce statistics on the use of the site's services, and whose analysis improves the services and functionality of the site.

Collection of usage and personal data

DIGORA collects information when the User registers for the newsletter on the site, when he fills in the application section or the “get in touch” section. The information collected includes the User's last name, first name and e-mail address.

In addition, DIGORA automatically receives and records information from the User's computer and browser, including the IP address, software, hardware and the page he accessed.

Use of usage and personal data

The purposes of the processing carried out on our site are:
•    To contact DIGORA via a contact form
•    The development of statistics relating to the use of the site (cookies)
•    The management of newsletter subscriptions
•    The initiation of commercial prospecting operations
•    The authentication in the Customer area for Managed Services
•    The creation of a Customer account to access the Customer area

The data processed in the context of prospecting operations with the agreement of the User cannot be kept for more than 3 years after the last contact emanating from the User, or despite his refusal. If the User registers for a training session, the data is archived for 5 years after the service was provided.

Newsletter

DIGORA can send e-mails for various reasons using the collected information, including the following:
The User has subscribed to the Newsletter to receive other types of marketing and commercial communications from us
The User has submitted a request for information and DIGORA contacts him in response to this request.

Dissemination of data

The data collected by DIGORA for the aforementioned uses is exclusively destined for use by the company. Within DIGORA, data may be transmitted to the management, the sales department, the marketing department and technological support.

In any case, the data collected will not be transferred to third parties, whether free of charge or for a fee.

DIGORA reserves the right to transmit the personal data of the relevant Persons in order to fulfil its legal obligations, and in particular in the event of coercion by judicial requirement. In addition, should DIGORA use subcontractor service providers who contribute to the operation of the website or the management of its business, they are chosen based on sufficient security guarantees.

The collected data can be accessed by the subsidiary DIGORA MAROC (Morocco) and can be transmitted to a subcontractor in Madagascar within the context of prospecting and marketing operations. These recipients receive the following data: identity of the User (surname, first name, company) and e-mail address. Standard contractual clauses previously approved by the CNIL (French National Commission on Informatics and Liberty) have been put in place to enable an adequate level of protection for personal data, reflecting the requirements within the European Union.

Data protection

As it is fully aware of the importance of data security, DIGORA wants the user's browsing experience to be as safe as possible, and so DIGORA implements measures to safeguard personal data. Only employees who need to do specific types of work (for example, invoicing or customer service) have access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers used to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Despite the high level of DIGORA's efforts to protect the personal data of the User against potential risks and exposures, there is no perfect security in the online world. Therefore, DIGORA invites the User to contribute to these efforts in terms of data security by abstaining from entering any particularly sensitive or unnecessary data in the comment boxes on the website.
